These terms may change at any time without prior warning.
My username is VaniiiaSunshine, with three (3) letter "i".
Please be sure to spell it correctly when mentioning me!
GENERAL
Please do not copy or use my designs unless you have purchased them.
Please do not trace or copy my art in any way that will be displayed to any individuals.
The original artwork of a design is always owned by me, even when the design is purchased.
PAYMENT
All transactions are final and cannot be refunded. Exceptions may be made if the PNGs have not been sent.
Transactions must be paid in full, with possible exceptions in the case of purchases 200 USD or above.
Transactions are done through Paypal Invoice with United States Dollars (USD).
My Paypal Business title is "VanillaSunshine Art".
You will receive the full-size unwatermarked PNG artwork of the purchased design as proof of ownership.
PNGs will be sent as a DeviantART Sta.sh URL unless requested otherwise.
PNGs will be sent only when the invoice has been paid in full.
THE DESIGN
Credit must be given to me (VaniiiaSunshine) when the purchased design is first used.
Purchased designs cannot be used commercially without prior discussion. (E.g. advertisements, merchandise, books, animations, video games, or any other commercial products, even if the artwork is unique.)
Purchased designs cannot be used to promote hate speech, attacks, or offensive ideas/movements. (E.g. racism, targeted harassment campaigns, Nazi ideology, etc.)
Purchased designs cannot be used to create a Closed Species without prior discussion.
Purchased designs can be recolored/altered/edited, but please do not make them unrecognizeable.
The original artwork can be re-uploaded anywhere as long as credit is given in a clear and obvious way. (E.g. a clickable URL, "VaniiiaSunshine @ DA", etc.)
Otherwise, purchased designs can be used freely by their owner. (E.g. roleplays, commissions, etc.)
TRADING / RESELLING / GIFTING
As stated above, if you become the owner of a purchased design, you agree to all terms on this page.
Purchased designs can be traded, resold, or gifted, with the following exceptions:
Purchased designs cannot be sold for more than they were bought, unless they have additional artwork.
Purchased designs with commercial permission cannot be traded/resold/gifted without prior discussion.
